We are currently looking to fill 2 full-time Shelter Lead Staff positions at the Sojourner House in Eau Claire working with our community homeless population. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making reliability, & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable preferred. The pay range is $15-18.89 for the hours you come into shelter to work, with a $3 shift differential being added to hours worked between 10 pm and 5 am. The positions we are looking to fill are our 10 pm-6 am shift and our 1 am-9 am shift. The lead staff employee reports directly to the Shelter Coordinator.
