If you believe it is essential to give in order to truly receive…
then we have a place for you.
“The most surprising thing about volunteering at Catholic Charities is watching some of the clients work toward a better way of life and gain confidence.”
“What surprises me about volunteering at Catholic Charities is how great the need is and how many different individuals of many faiths work together.”
“I felt that I would like volunteering at Catholic Charities, but I was not prepared to love it as much as I do.”
- Do I have to be Catholic to volunteer?
Just like the people we serve, we accept volunteers from all different faiths and cultural backgrounds.
- What should I wear when I volunteer?
Casual clothes and we also suggest not wearing heavy perfume/colognes or bringing your expensive items to your volunteer opportunity.
- What if I have to cancel at the last moment?
Please contact your supervisor directly.
- Can I bring extra volunteers to help out?
If you want to bring additional people please let us know in advance. We work hard to match the number of volunteers to the program needs and bringing extra people may not be appropriate for the need.
