The Immigration Services Program at Catholic Charities provides assistance to individuals and families with legal immigration services. The Immigration Case Manager is responsible for assessing clients and communicating status and requirements, preparing cases for submission to USCIS, and conducting community outreach.

Associates Degree in related field such as Human Services or Paralegal required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field and professional BIA certification preferred. Must be fluent in Spanish and work effectively with diverse populations. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required. Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures a plus. Some regional travel required. Must have a heart for the mission and vision of our Immigration Services Program and Catholic Charities.
