Family Services Social Worker - Wausau
Under the direction of the Director of Family Services, the Family Services Social Worker will provide skilled social work services to adoptive families, work with other agencies and community resources in meeting the needs of the client. This position will provide a variety of services toward the goal of assuring that children are raised in a climate of stability and security. The Family Services Social Worker will also work in the Journeys Program (post adoption/foster care) planning, promoting, and coordinating activities for all families with out of home care involvement. This is a 20 hour a week position based out of the Wausau office. Must be a certified social worker.
