Family Services Social Worker/Case Manager-Eau Claire
Under the direction of the Director of Family Services, the Family Services Social Worker/Case Manager provides skilled social work services to adoptive families, works with other agencies and community resources in meeting the needs of the client. Provides a variety of services toward the ultimate goal of assuring that children are raised in a climate of stability and security. Also plan, promote, and coordinate activities for all families with out-of-home involvement. This 28 hour a week position functions as a professional member of interdisciplinary treatment and service team located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
