Adoption Social Worker

Under the direction of the Director of Family Services, the Adoption Social Worker provides skilled social work services to birth parents and adoptive families. They provide a variety of services toward the ultimate goal of assuring that children are raised in a climate of stability and security. They also provide pregnancy support services to birth parents, helping them to make the best decisions for themselves and their child.

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Services, Human Services Education, or related field. Two years of experience working in the area of adoption, foster care or family services; with International adoption experience preferred. Certified Social Worker in State of Wisconsin. Position is 28 hours per week.
