Family Services Administrative Assistant-Eau Claire

This position (up to 24 hours a week) will assist with administrative duties for the Family Services Program and help coordinate GRACE Community Bags out of the Eau Claire office.

A. Handles department correspondence and routine communications, including meeting agendas and minutes.
B. Serves as committee secretary as assigned.
C. Maintains database.
D. Enters data into program database.
E. Coordinates program mailings.
F. Coordinates program projects.
G. Assists with reports and projects for the Director of Family Services, Journeys Coordinator, or Support Specialists as needed.
H. Participates on program social media team and assists in creating content to be shared via website and social media.
I. Outreaches to and develops relationships with professional community organizations and agencies to expand awareness of the program.
J. Coordinate with other Catholic Charities staff to market or represent the agency or program.
K. Organize, assembles and distributes GRACE Community Bags.
L. Other duties as assigned.
