Good Shepherd Shelter Lead Staff
We are seeking Lead Staff to work at The Good Shepherd Shelter Day Center, which serves the unhoused population in our community. The Lead Staff assist in the day-to-day operations of the Day Center and provide shift supervision, support, and training for volunteers during day shifts, as well as performing all other assigned duties as needed. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, sound decision-making, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the unhoused or vulnerable populations is desired. Students interested in the human services field are encouraged to apply!
All positions are up to 28 hours per week, with rotating weekends.
2 positions: Shift schedules are within the hours of 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Pay ranges from $15 to $18.89 per hour, depending on education and experience. A background check is required.
