Live By Coordinator - La Crosse
Under the direct supervision of the Community Based Coordinator, the Live By Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, and/or mental health/AODA diagnosis. The Live By Coordinator will provide direct client support by means of advocacy, skills training, referral to community resources, case management, and in-house services. This position will be a set schedule of Monday-Thursday from 10 am-4 pm and Friday from 10 am-3 pm, totaling 29 hours weekly.
Pay range is $17.21-$24.01 based on education and experience.
