We are currently looking to fill a part-time Shelter Lead Staff Position at the Sojourner House in Eau Claire working with our community homeless population. The Lead Staff assists in the operations and provides shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers during the evening and night shifts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable preferred. The shifts are as follows: 6 pm-10 pm, 6 pm-1 am; 1 am-9 am, 5 am-9 am. The pay range is $15-$18.89 with a $3 shift differential offered for the longer shifts from 10 pm-5 am.
