Catholic Charities of the Diocese of La Crosse (CCDL) through the use of a comprehensive performance and quality improvement plan, will strive to achieve a high level of performance in client service and agency operations. CCDL promotes a culture that values service quality. CCDL has always taken pride in offering quality service to clients with heartfelt compassion and love.
To ensure that we are reaching this goal, CCDL follows service standards and practices set within similar service industries. We go through an accreditation process with the Coalition of Accreditation (COA) to measure whether or not we are following policies and procedures we have set to meet these standards. We have been accredited through COA since 2007 and are currently being reviewed for reaccreditation. As part of the process, we are inviting you to Report a Concern if you feel we are not meeting our goals.
The COA team will evaluate concerns to determine if they indicate we are not meeting a relevant standard. Your input is confidential and will be sent to COA as part of the comprehensive assessment of our agency.
