We are seeking a compassionate, motivated individual to coordinate the House of Mercy Homeless Shelter for Women and Children in Loyal, WI. This role is part-time with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the shelter.
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for individuals and families experiencing homelessness—while helping them move toward stability and hope.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Education in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or other marginalized populations
- Background in housing services and/or case management strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- Compassionate, dependable, and mission-driven
