Lead Staff Part-Time – Eau Claire
We are currently looking to fill multiple part-time and as needed Shelter Lead Staff positions at the Sojourner House in Eau Claire working with our community homeless population. The Lead Staff is responsible for the daily operation of the shelter, and supports the guests when they are in the shelter. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills, and be able to respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Available shifts are 10 pm-6 am, and 5 am-9 am. Ideally, the candidate for this role will have a flexible schedule to be able to be cross trainied across multiple shifts, as well as be able to work weekends.
Hours worked between 10 pm and 5 am have a $3 an hour shift differential bonus!
