Warming Center Lead Staff Overnights
Catholic Charities is currently looking to fill Shelter Lead Staff positions at the Warming Center in La Crosse working with our community homeless population. This position is seasonal, part-time. The Lead Staff assists in the operations and provides shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers during the evening and night shifts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.
Candidates must be willing to work nights and weekends. Shifts generally are from 6:30 pm–1:30 am and 1:30 am–9:30 am.
Pay rate is from $15.00–$18.12 per hour depending on experience and education. Students interested in the human services field are encouraged to apply!
