We are seeking a compassionate, organizada, and self-motivated individual to serve as the Coordinator of the La Crosse Warming Center. This position requires excellent managerial and communication skills. Qualified candidates must be able to lead and manage staff and volunteers (recruitment, scheduling, formación, etc.) while maintaining day-to-day operations. While the Warming Center operates seasonally from November through April, the Coordinator role is a year-round, full-time position with benefits. During the off-season, the Coordinator continues to support ongoing operations management, Summer Day Services, and performs case management duties. General work hours are Monday through Friday. A successful candidate MUST be able to maintain a flexible schedule to cover evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays when needed. We are seeking a candidate with a background in business, management, or a related field who also brings hands-on experience working with unsheltered individuals, vulnerable populations, or those facing challenges such as mental health and addiction.
