Catholic Charities Journeys Program is hiring a 28 hour a week Case Manager to support post permanency families. The Journeys Case Manager uses a multi-faceted approach to work with post-adoptive/kinship/guardianship families in need of assistance to improve overall family functioning, strengthen and preserve the family unit, and educate recipients to seek/utilize community services. The Journeys Case Manager ideally has expertise including but not limited to: attachment, trauma, effects of abuse/neglect, grief/loss, effects of institutionalized/out-of-home care/multiple placements, identity, and transracial families. A degree in the human services field is required with a minimum two years experience. This position is located in the Madison area and could be a hybrid position. View the full job description here.
