Finance Director – La Crosse

Catholic Charities seeks financial management professional to serve in leadership role reporting directly to the Executive Director. Position is responsible for all areas of financial management. Prepares budgets & monthly financial statements, tracks programs financial performance, provides reports to Board of Directors and management staff. Prepares organization for audits. Ensures financial compliance with GAAP, federal/state regulations, and various funding sources. Supervises finance staff and oversees payroll, A/R & A/P and facilities management functions.  Reconciles accounts to general ledger and financial statements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and minimum of 5 years accounting/finance administration experience required, including supervisory responsibility. CPA license and/or Master’s degree in a related field, non-profit experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities desired.  Must possess strong communication skills, collaborate, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
