Employee Benefits

All employees are eligible to use the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Part-time employees (work 20-30 hours per week) are eligible for Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Paid Leave Time (PLT), and can participate in our 401K Program after one year of employment AND 1000 hours of work.

Full-time employees (work 30 plus hours per week) are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Paid Leave Time (PLT), and can participate in our 401K Program on January 1st or July 1st following one year of employment. Full-time benefits also include Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance.
