Community Case Manager (Adults and Children)

We are looking for an individual with the desire to work with adults and children providing support in-home and in the community. This individual would work closely with La Crosse County on a team of professionals to assist individuals in reaching client-centered goals and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field is preferred. Knowledge of trauma informed care is required. The position is full time with benefits. Driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance required.

Pay range: $16-$18.50 based on education and experience.

Hours: Flexible, between 11 am-7 pm and some weekends.
